I use Jacquard Neopaque and Jacquard Lumiere fabric acrylics for nearly all of my shoes. They’re great paints and they’re the ones I trust most in terms of durability/longevity.
My crash test shoes (as well as a few of my personal pairs) use some experimental stuff including cheap “regular” acrylics, glitter paint, cheap craft store fabric paints, rhinestones and puff paints in addition to the Jacquard paints. I’ve also used fluorescent acrylics with success in the past.
